| Pick | Team | | Player |
| Nerlens Noel, C - Kentucky | The Cavs get lucky again. Noel brings the only shot blocking presence on the roster and a defensive minded attitude that Mike Brown will love. There's a ton of bodies up front, a move may need to be made.
| Trey Burke, PG - Michigan | McLemore will be tempting but the bigger need is finding a young PG that can run the team to build around.
| Otto Porter, SF - Georgetown | The Wizards get a big need at the three. Porter should help bring this team back to respectability.
| Ben McLemore, SG - Kansas | The Bobcats get a gem who falls into their lap. McLemore will make it easier to turn their back on Henderson and let him walk. He also gives them a scoring star to build around with the defensive minded Kidd-Gilchrist.
| Victor Oladipo, SG - Indiana | The Suns need a lot. Oladipo will bring energy, leadership, and potential to be a nice scorer at the next level.
| Alex Len, C - Maryland | They need someone with a little more punch inside than Lopez. Len will be a nice match with Davis.
| Michael Carter-Williams, PG - Syracuse | They need someone to come in and be a leader and someone to motivate the clan. Carter-Williams will have a big challenge on his hands but should take charge of this team.
| Anthony Bennett, PF - UNLV | Detroit gets potentially the best player in the draft. He will be part of a nice frontcourt with Monroe and Drummond.
| CJ McCollum, SG - Lehigh | A poor shooting team gets the drafts best shooter. And he brings versatility to play either backcourt spot.
| Shabazz Muhammed, SF - UCLA | Muhammed should be an upgrade over Matthews. Portland gets a player that can score in a hurry.
| Cody Zeller, C - Indiana | Zeller has the skill to be the best player in the draft when all is said and done. He must gain some strength though. Philly needs the size in a bad way.
| Gorgui Dieng, C - Louisville | Meet Perkins eventual replacement. He should bring the same style of game but add a little better 17 foot shot.
| Dario Saric, SF - Croatia | The Mavs go with versatility and upside with this pick. Saric probably won't be a star but he will do all the little things to win.
| Kelly Olynyk, PF-C - Gonzaga | The Jazz will likely need some frontcourt depth behind Favors and Kanter. Olynyk will bring a different style to the team than what they have.
| Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, SG - Georgia | If Ellis leaves the team will need a shooter and scorer in the backcourt.
| Steven Adams, C - Pittsburgh | Adams had a nice combine making shots all over the court. It concerns me he couldn't do that during game action in COLLEGE. But it was probably enough to get the Cs to look here. He is a Boston guy. Strong, physical, and defensive.
| Jamaal Franklin, SG - San Diego State | Franklin has a high motor which will get the who team more up beat. He can play the two or three. He will bring a lot of the athleticism that the team is losing with Josh Smith.
| Mason Plumlee, PF - Duke | Plumlee will give some help up front to Horford with his athleticism and size. With so many free agents this offseason Plumlee will have an opportunity to get in the lineup right away.
| Glen Rice Jr, SG - NBDL | After going big the team goes after a wing they can play at the three. Rice is a shooter which is a need for the Cavs. He should help right away after being successful in the D-League.
| Allen Crabbe, SG - California | Crabbe is a good but streaky shooter. He will make things easier for Rose and Noah when the kick the ball.
| Shane Larkin, PG - Miami | They need a PG that can make plays beyond what Mo Williams is capable of. Larkin's athleticism may help him succeed at this level despite his lack of size.
| Sergey Karasev, SF - Russia | The Nets need another player capable of knocking down the outside shot. D-Will will like kicking to this guy.
| Rudy Gobert, C - France | They are in a good position to add to their depth. They could use a backup PG but could also use a future replacement for D West. Gobert can ease himself into the rotation on a team like Indiana.
| Giannis Adetokoubo, SF - Greece | The Knicks made it through the season playing small and with fill-ins. They need a versatile forward who can stretch the defense next to Anthony.
| Archie Goodwin, SG - Kentucky | The two guard spot is getting older between Billups and Crawford. Goodwin will bring an offensive spark to the lineup. He will not be relied on early in his career which should help him develop while not under pressure.
| Jeff Withey, C - Kansas | If they lose Pekovic this is a nice replacement. Maybe not next season but he should develop in a year or so and bring a nice defensive presence.
| Dennis Schroeder, PG - Germany | A young athletic PG for the future. He will need to improve his perimeter game.
| Mike Muscala, C - Bucknell | This is a San Antonio type of guy. Skilled and smart. He will bring a more physical version of Matt Bonner to the lineup.
| Tim Hardaway Jr, SG - Michigan | The loss of Harden was obvious once Westbrook went down. Hardaway can fill up the stat sheet from three as the Thunder look for someone more consistent than Kevin Martin off the bench.
| Reggie Bullock, SF - North Carolina | They need an upgrade at the three. Bullock will help stretch the defense opposite Dudley or Oladipo.
